Susan Lester, is a nationally certified, state Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. She received her training from the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, North Carolina. This school, being one of the premier Massage Therapy schools in the state gave Susan the skills and confidence needed to provide clients with an excellent massage experience. She is able to provide services for those who are looking for a general relaxing massage or for someone who suffes from specific chronic pain. She feels that massage therapy can benefit anyone from Mothers to be, to the athletes that play hard. There is something for everyone.
After spending 25 years in manufacturing Susan realized that she wanted to do something to help others. Susan saw how hard physical labor can effect the human body and how stress can take it's toll on the body. Susan found relief and a sense of peace the day she got her first massage, and knew then this was something she had to share .
Modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone , Aromatherapy, Trigger Point Release, Joint mobilization, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Pregnancy massage, and Chair Massage.

Oasis Program - A program for Cancer patients (in Cape Fear Valley hospital)- Working directly with cancer patients who are going through Chemo Therapy or Radation or any cancer treatment, has given her invaluable knowledge of how effective massage therapy can help with their healing. It reminds her daily of the value of the "human touch".
Dr. Toni Harris- Eastern Carolina Pain Management Center- Susan works with patients who are living with chronic pain. Massage Therapy is an alternative form of medicine that helps to manage chronic pain, ie: Back pain, headaches, and arthritis.
